The Challenge

Progressive Completion
Providers can save progress and return later. A persistent progress indicator shows completion status, reducing anxiety about the process length.
Inline Guidance
Replaced separate help docs with contextual tooltips and examples. For credential uploads, added visual guides showing exactly what document format is needed.
Pre-fill Intelligence
Integrated with NPI (National Provider Identifier) databases to auto-fill known provider information, eliminating redundant data entry.
